TIPS:
Saving your client letter as a signature in Outlook.
First open outlook. Click on “Tools” then drop down to options.
Go to the mail format tab. Select Signatures for new messages. Click on the signatures box and then click on “new”
Choose a name for the signature such as “client letter”
Select Start with a blank template and then click “next”
Paste your letter in the large open box and click on finish. Then click on OK.
Next, where it asks you for signatures for new messages return it to <none>
That’s it. You’re done.
Now to use your new signature letter, Go to Action, then New Message.
Type in the clients email address and a subject (such as inspection agreement)
Click on the body of the email, then go to insert, drop down to signature and select your email letter.
Change the name, fee etc in the letter and send it.

First open outlook express. Click on “Tools” then drop down to options.
Click on the signature tab
Click on new, and then paste the text of the letter in the lower box.
Click on rename and name your signature “client letter”
That’s it. You’re done.
Now to use your new signature letter, Go to Message, then New Message.
Type in the clients email address and a subject (such as inspection agreement)
Click on the body of the email, then go to insert, drop down to signature and select your email letter.
Change the name, fee etc in the letter and send it.
